New Server Information
Whilst most of the information in our technical sections still applies there are
some important differences in the way these servers work compared to the RaQ's.
E-Mail

Your POP3 server ( as you set up in your mail program ) should be :
mail.yoursite.com
It is also important that you do not enter your username in the aliases box of
the control panels mail settings.
FTP

Connect to the server :
ftp.yoursite.com
It is important that when you are entering the settings in your FTP program that
you enter the remote start up folder as :
/web
You will then be connected straight to the correct directory to upload you files
to. Please note that if you do not enter this you will not be able to navigate
to the correct directory.
CGI Scripts

The various paths to PERL are the same as for our other servers.
CGI scripts should be only placed in the cgi-bin
Images can not be served from the cgi-bin.
Control Panel

The control panel is located at :
http://www.yoursite.com/admin
If you add a user make sure you only have one account that has siteadmin
permission, this
will be the only account that can publish to your main site.
Publishing with FrontPage

You should always use the username : webmaster when using
FrontPage to publish a site and the password we sent you.
For everything else ( Mail / Control Panel ) use the username and password we
sent you.
DO NOT mix FrontPage and FTP otherwise the extensions will become corrupt and
you will
not be able to use FP.
